Get on Yer' Bike!
So the radio all day has been talking about the Giro D'Italia, an international bicycle race, which is having it's test run around Northern Ireland tomorrow morning and then on Friday at 5.45pm at Belfast City Hall, the race starts. Everywhere is pink! Buildings have been painted pink, shop fronts have pink window displays and I just heard a while ago, that the Mayor of Belfast is going to paint his hair pink! I happen to like pink, but I won't go that far.... I created some pink critters on their bikes!

The Merry Month of May
Here we are already on the 6th of May, time is going past so quickly, it feels as if it is sprinting.
On Friday I saw my very first Dance around the May pole. It originates somewhere in Europe, but we, ( in the UK) have adopted it as our own. Children form circles and weave in and out to diddle-e-dee music, ( slang for traditional Irish music).
